REALITY CHECK: What you acknowledge and appreciate, Appreciates. THIS is a major component to manifesting what you want in your life & it is often forgotten or made small of.
What defines our identity if not our continual pursuit of success? Throughout the majority of our existence, we are constantly in motion — striving towards, moving through, or navigating around various aspects of life to reach a destination, overcome an obstacle, or attain a particular goal.
In this perpetual chase, we often lose sight of the present moment, neglecting to celebrate our current achievements. Instead, we find ourselves pondering the next step, questioning our actions, and sometimes even judging ourselves for falling short of certain expectations.
It’s a cycle that leads us into habitual patterns and beliefs, particularly those concerning money. We operate more from the logic of our minds than the wisdom of our hearts. Don’t misunderstand; the pursuit of healthy achievement is essential. Our subconscious is wired to constantly desire more, often stemming from unmet needs during our formative years.
To navigate the delicate balance between trust and surrender, especially in the realm of love, sex & money/business, one must address and heal their deepest wounds, shadows, and traumas that may suggest it isn’t safe to trust and surrender. This process involves active engagement with practices that support the nervous system, such as energy healing, seeking external support, and allowing oneself to be held.
The journey to embodying a state of trust and surrender encompasses a diverse range of activities. From engaging in energy healing and breathwork to re-parenting our inner child and indulging in the simple pleasures of life, each step is crucial for personal growth. Taking time to detach from outcomes, stepping into one’s power, participating in ceremonies, and even exploring the depths of self through prayer and laughter become integral components of this transformative journey.
The fundamental question remains: How often do we pause and truly immerse ourselves in the present moment? How frequently do we revel in the stillness, celebrating the beauty of the now and surrendering to the awareness of our achievements?
𝗚𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆, 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱.
There is a profound sense of well-being, joy, pleasure, ease, and beauty that accompanies the act of honoring our current position in the journey. It requires a departure from the age-old strategies of running, numbing, and ceaseless chasing. While these strategies have served us in the past, there is untapped potential in embracing a more embodied approach.
Surrender, in its essence, reveals a unique beauty. Allowing oneself to feel, to experience, and to heal adds depth to our journey. Often, we approach ourselves with a top-down perspective, analyzing the body from the mind. However, a shift towards a holistic, embodied understanding allows for a richer exploration of our experiences.
Acknowledging achievements involves more than just a passing acknowledgment; 𝐢𝐭 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐚 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲.
By immersing ourselves in the present, surrendering to the beauty of what is, and feeling from our bodies rather than our minds, we unlock a world of well-being and joy that surpasses the limitations of constant pursuit. If you’re curious to delve deeper into the importance of acknowledging achievements, the journey begins with a shift in perspective — one that embraces the beauty of the now.
