THE SEXIEST STATE OF A WOMAN. (OR MAN)

💃💃WE WOMEN ARE AT OUR SEXIEST WHEN WE ARE VULNERABLE.💃
Vulnerability is potentially one of scariest words that we humans have ever come up with.
We often view vulnerability as weakness.
Because when we allow for ourselves to be vulnerable we also run the risk of opening ourselves up to all sorts of pain.
👉Especially when we discuss intimate relationship. 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨
Yet, intimate relationship is THE RELATIONSHIP that we hold expectation around that it is our safe haven. This other human being loves us, cares about us and wants to have our backs.
They desire to see all aspects of us.
And that means that we have to surrender to vulnerability.
With that in mind, it’s a damn difficult thing to drop our guards, step away from all the drama and trauma that we have been through and to have faith that we can lean into this other soul and trust what they are saying.
I mean we have heard it all before, right?
And we have believed it only to get hurt.
Badly, hurt.
However, without vulnerability there is no intimacy.
Let’s define vulnerability:
A state of being exposed physically or emotionally.
It means that we are willing to stand before our partner naked in every way.
Revealing in trust our fears, worries, concerns and that we are triggered and sometimes unable to move.
Vulnerability is about letting another see your whole heart, soul and demons.
Yes, those shadow aspects of yourself that even you run from and try to ignore.
For us women, that means the crazy girl stuff.
It means our seemingly irrational emotions.
Our fear of abandonment as well as our anxiety that comes up because of it.
Our disgust around our worth, ability to be enough and if we are pretty and attractive or not.
It pulls up our fears around our sexuality and desires.
Our ability to be comfortable with communicating our needs and desires,
As well stating a clear no with confidence and no guilt.
It means getting real with our natural need and desire to be loved, cared for, protected and provided for in different ways.
We women of today are caught in a chaotic state of fear and a feeling of not being enough.
We reside in this land where our nature is to want support, but we are consistently told that it is weak and demeaning to want for this.
Never in all our history have we been in a relationship quandary like we are today, ‘where everyone is fighting for their rights, their space and sovereignty while disregarding our internal relationship design. The masculine energy that focuses on driving forward, taking action, proving self, not needing and being the protector-provider, leader in all is what both sexes focus on. Devaluing the feminine nature. The emotional balance required to make relationships, family and life successful in all areas.
We are a world focused on success as it speaks to the material state of things.
For men, this vulnerability equates to:
Your desire to walk away from her emotional presentations.
To armor your hearts when you get scared of the storms that your woman shows you.
It is leaning in and sharing that you do have emotions. You do ponder the deeper things and care about intimacy not just sex.
It is getting real with your rage, with your frustration and distrust in how the feminine seems to always abandon your heart.
Allowing your wounded masculine to speak its words of concern about being manipulated or controlled.
It is recognition of your fear of aging, of not being strong enough to protect.
It is acceptance in your concern that you wake each day worried that you won’t succeed.
That you do not know the direction.
It is allowing yourself to be witnessed as a human, a man without all the answers.
And men of today struggle in this world that is upside down, where they question and feel like they are stepping on eggshells, fearful of the reality that they are a man and not knowing what is safe in that or not.
These are all real vulnerabilities.
They are expressed and experienced by the vast majority of people.
Both sexes should respect them.
As all humans should.
No matter our sex, race, religion, financial stature, education, or other….
THESE VULNERABILITIES are what we find on our table.
And they are what makes us beautiful.
I’ll tell you this…
With over 20,000+ coaching hours under my belt,
Vulnerability is the epicenter of an authentic relationship.
It is what connects us.
In tantra we are taught that everything is woven together like a delicate web where if there is any focus to one connective piece it sends vibrations, energies ( thought & feeling) to another. There is no truer space than when we stand naked before our soulmate.
Trusting in them.
Letting ourselves be revealed.
And feeling everything that occurs with the seconds flash of our personal reveal.
How sexy it is to see someone, naked in all ways.
Revealing their soul, heart and demons.
Their transparency and fear.
The hope that you can witness in the teared up eyes.
The depth that draws you in and makes you realize that they are still a mystery to you.
This soul that has entrusted YOU with every morsel of who they are,
Asking for you to slow yourself,
To see them.
To feel them.
To honor their pain and dreams.
This is vulnerability.
And we can only have it when we are willing to care.
Willing to empathize with what is revealed to us instead of judging.
In our capacity to care about our partners feelings as well as our own and to hold space for both.
Here we capture the essence of unconditional love and acceptance.
The things we all desire for,
Hunt for, are willing to change for.
Here we discover a deeper version of ourselves.
And are asked to step up and lean in.
To find the courage to claim this person right where they are.
Naked before us in all their beauty.
Here is where joy resides.
It’s in the receiving of your love.

WHY LIE ABOUT LITTLE THINGS IN RELATIONSHIP?

WHY LIE ABOUT LITTLE THINGS?🤔

I will never understand this.

We all have told lies.

We all withhold truth sometimes.

Or share something with an exaggeration,

in the perception that we feel it instead of the way that it actually occurred.

👉I get it.

👉I am guilty.

But to lie about little things.

Especially things that do not matter.

And to do it right to someone’s face,

or even go out of the way to tell a lie?

Don’t you get that when you choose to lie about these sorts of things…

That when you get up in someone’s face to tell your lies about these meaningless things…

👉👉👉That NOW THEY MEAN EVERYTHING.😬🤣🧐🤨

And the fact that you had to “fib” about it.

The fact that you are working so hard to step out of alignment and try and get another to believe you,

that you are even going above and beyond to make it known that:

🤣 I AM NOT DOING THIS….( fill in the blank)

😂 I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THAT…

🤣 I AM ONLY DOING WHAT YOU ASKED….

😂 I WOULD NEVER…

😬 It wasn’t me! ( As Shaggy Would sing. 🎤🎼)

So silly we are when we are trying to cover up our little lies.

So funny it is to just sit back and watch the show that is put together just for us when our friends, family, lovers and others choose to dance around in this land of falsities.

I know when I am not in alignment with myself.

When I am grasping at straws because I feel like I am not good enough, or cannot get it right.

When I am wanting for something/someone so badly and not getting my way, that I have been known to  do the above.

To step fully out of alignment with my SOUL.

And to try and concoct something.

To create more drama.

To wrap myself up tightly into my own fears.

And cut myself off from reality.

You see THIS is exactly what we do when we choose to tell little lies.

When we choose to step away from the truth,

away from what feels right and good at our soul’s core.

When we are so far out of alignment,

and our lives seem to be crashing down around us,

no matter how much physical work we are putting in,

and we think…

🤔 If Only…

*That person was still in my life.

*they had done what I wanted.

*they had cared more.

*they saw everything that I sacrificed for them.

*how much I love them.

And so many more things.

Yes, we sit in our human dramatization in our own world,

in our head and we plot and scheme what “should” be or have happened.

And we sulk in our victimhood.

Our world continues to spin and crash.

And we step further and further away from our SOUL.

We choose.

We choose to say no to the truth.

No to alignment.

And the little lies start to pile up as we try and scrape together anything we can to get the attention that we desire.

To have a second of feeling like we matter.

Unfortunately,

The reality is that when we choose to carry the burden of all these little lies and to work so hard at making sure that they are not noticed, not paid attention, that we set the stage for our own demise.

🧐🤔HOW CAN YOU EVER TRUST SOMEONE WHO CHOOSES TO LIE ABOUT MEANINGLESS SH*T❓❓❓

If someone lies about this sorta stuff…

well the big ticket stuff certainly cannot be trusted.

On top of that…

If you have done this or experienced this with a friend, family or lover, then you may find yourself also  questioning EVERYTHING else that they ever did or said.

Am I right?😏

I am.

You know I am.

Try as much as we do to repair relationships.

To rebuild trust.

To act out of love and compassion.

To make excuses for people.

Because we are good people ourselves.

Because we do believe that this person is a good person.

The reality is…

YOU LIE ABOUT SMALL MEANINGLESS SH*T – YOU LOSE TRUST IN ALL AREAS AND POTENTIALLY FOREVER.  🤥🤥🤥

So here is my coachy advice to you.

STOP THAT SH*T NOW!

Own up to your drama creation.

Work on getting into alignment with your soul.

Let go of your need for approval.

And accept yourself.

Now go.

Do as you will.

But realize that more than likely if you are one who has been working hard at those little lies…🤏

You feel like you really need to keep them going.

That you have your reasons.

Most likely…

YOU ARE ALREADY BUSTED. 👈

Whoever you are lying too, is just popping popcorn and enjoying your show.

Alignment is EVERYTHING luv.

Is life seeming to be more difficult than you think it should be?

Are you working your a*ss off and not feeling like you are getting anywhere.

Well, the issue is that you can work 24/7 in the physical world and if you are out of alignment with your soul, then you will only see a third of the results that you should if that.

Love, money, health, your whole life situation.

WHAT A WOMAN’S INTUITION IS REALLY ALL ABOUT!

💃💃A WOMAN’S SURRENDER TO HER SOUL IS HER POWER💃💃

“Your intuition is your biggest gift. You have to know this as a woman.”

I wrote this to a VIP client of mine earlier today.

Hearing her words to me as she births herself into a phase of her beautiful existence reminds me of all the mini deaths of myself that I have been through and how my fear rises up.

How my little girl wants to cling to everything that she believes to be safe and she holds dear.

I hear in my head the wild woman screaming mad that she has to alter who she is again, feeling as though these changes that life is requesting are actually demands and insults against who I have worked so hard at becoming.

My inner voice, as I like to believe it to be, rants and spouts out how I am not good enough, how I am exhausted and how no one cares.

The inner terror of transformation with the calm face that we women put on for our world, our family, our men.

We  so often stay quiet.

We hide from our pain and fear.

We pride ourselves in our resilience.

We know that we are strong.

But in order to remain this way and to hold it all together,

We also know that we must armour our hearts.

Hide our wounds.

Keep dormant our truth and desires.

This world has never supported who we are.

This world that is run by mind and logic.

It condemns intuition, heart and emotion.

And it leaves both women and men alike,

empty in its wake.

And so I wrote to my beautiful female client:

“I cannot say this loud enough or repeat it enough. We women do not understand how powerful of a source our intuition is and the reality is that the our ego and the ego of the world around us has trained us to to have more faith in fear and doubt, to try to over think and rationalize everything and in turn this causes us to step away from our core and get out of alignment with what our next best step of action is.

Your sharing of the witnessing of how your lover is experiencing so much and your wonder around how you can still remain so open and yet armoured up is eye opening. It shows your desire and therefore that all you crave is on the brink of happening for you, but what do  you have to do to achieve it?

This is where you are getting hung up. You are thinking too much and thus not surrendering.

Your desire to have your little girl cared for and guided is your divine feminine nature that understands that it is too fluid and needs a protector.

Leadership.

You are coming into a space of your life as a woman now where you are learning how to be your perfect balance of masculine and feminine.

Leader and creator.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with needing or wanting guidance, a hand, support, etc. we all need this in life and we need it to be successful. As you learn how to hold the container that you are building for yourself.

You will need multiple guideposts on the journey. From these sources you will learn what feels right and good and what is not in alignment.

As for the prompts: They are designed to make you pause and sit with the discomfort of your soul, the monkey brain screaming at you that you need to answer and to get it “right” to know. The voices that are coming through the strongest as you ponder a prompt are your ego. Your soul will be calm and hard to hear. But asking these prompts of yourself and then choosing to listen to the clammer of the ego and to wait for the soul’s answer to slowly rise up will bring you so many blessings.

You will tap back into you, your heart and learn how to hear your intuition again, thus surrender as well. “💞

The surrender of a woman to her intuition.

To her heart.

Her core.

We so often do not honor this power.

I am blessed to have a partner in my life that values my intuition and is a constant in my day and life reminding me of my power. He will say,

“No, we listen to your intuition.”

And everytime he encourages and supports my listening,

He is being the guidepost that I need.

He is honoring my divine nature as a woman and having emotions.

When he takes my hand, looks me in the eyes and says,

“Listen to what you feel.”

I feel the universe,

I feel God move through this man and say,

“Babe, I got you. I got your back.”

But sometimes, we don’t have a physical person to be our guidepost.

I have been here too.

It is scary.

It is frightening.

All we have then is ourselves,

and we have done such a good job in recent years of past to  prove how we can not trust who we are.

Our thoughts.

Our feelings.

I tell you that it is not true however.

You were not listening to  how you feel or what your intuition was saying, you were listening to the clammer and getting lost in the chaos.

Lost  in your own human drama.

Believing that it was you.

Your emotions.

The one thing that all my mini deaths and rebirths have taught me,

is that anything that is based in fear and anxiety is not of soul.

Is not of God.

And should not be acted upon.

These are opportunities to learn to pause and sit with the murmuring of discomfort.

For when the soul of God speaks,

when you hear your truth,

your divine inner being.

It will be faint at first.

It will ask for you to settle into self,

to listen with intent and to be patient.

It will draw you in and demand your presence.

Soul will never demand in a loud voice to act or listen.

Soul will only offer an opportunity.

An idea.

A good feeling.

And it will keep offering.

Always.

Your free will decides if you take it or ignore it.

A woman is a fluid beautiful creature.

A powerful source of love.

She knows what her next best step is when she feels what is right and good.

Listen, beautiful woman.

Listen not to anything but that space of peace within.

Here you will surrender.

Here you will discover.

Here you will have everything that your heart desires and your soul knows is already yours.

WHY WOMEN APPEAR WISHY-WASHY, TOO FLUID AND PASSIVE.

😅🤣🤨AND HE ASKED…ARE YOU UPSET ABOUT SOMETHING? —MY RESPONSE, “ALWAYS.” 👊🤣🤨

Perhaps one of the most honest answers a woman has ever given  a man and that’s what we are talking about today…women’s honesty or lack thereof and how it relates to sexual fulfillment.

Alright men, today I am going to be your “wing chick…”

And let you in on the female brain and emotions a tad.

You might want to sit down and pour yourself a drink because you will most likely find yourself scratching your head in bewilderment by the time you get done reading this.

I just want to start out by saying that the majority of the time we women don’t fully understand why we are feeling or thinking the way that we are feeling or thinking.

So guys, don’t think that you will ever understand the feminine.

Cuz’ you won’t.

But you can try and gain some insight to what you may perceive as wishy-washy, as too fluid, or passive even. 👈

🌹First, realize that what attracts you to your woman is her feminine flow. The fact that she is different from you.

🌹You love her smile and laugh. She won’t be smiling and laughing very much if she turns toward her masculine energy and gets up in her head. Over thinking and analyzing, problem solving and leading do not make a woman warm, sexy, or vibrant. They dim her light and laughter. This does not mean that she should not or cannot be a great problem solver or leader, it just means that if she takes up residence there for very long she will lose the luster and find herself turned off to life in general.

🌹You adore those moments in bed with her where she surrenders fully to you, where she is the seductress of your dreams and you feel like a king. This sort of surrender is only authentically achieved if she can feel herself fully. If she is having to explain what she is feeling or needing, or feels like she needs to perform for you then she will not embody herself and instead just be “putting on a show.” Which I am guessing you may enjoy but once realized that it is just that, a show, you may not want it. You want the real deal, right? This requires that she be aroused long before the penetration ever happens.

👉Foreplay for the next round starts 5 minutes before the current sexual event ends. 🤯

What does that mean you may ask?

It means that it should never end.

It means that if you want your woman to be raring to go whenever you are ready, that you gotta realize that men and women DO NOT operate the same sexually. 👈🤨💥

What type of an orgasm a woman has, has a lot to do with how long she will be aroused, feeling sexual and be open to more sex and intimacy.

The issue is that the majority of women fib to their guys about the sex and the orgasm.

That’s right men, more than likely she has been lying to you.🤯

I know, it’s not what any guy wants to hear…

and that’s why women don’t tell you the truth.

They feel they are being kind to you by not saying, yeah I did not have an orgasm. Or “you did not even help me to get ready for sex.”

Women have a tough time asking for what they need.

They may say, ” I want to have sex.”

But when it comes down to actually asking for what they need, thats a different tale all together and that is because they themselves have no idea what they need most of the time because they are so disconnected from their sex, their hearts and their bodies in general.

Women and men alike think that a woman’s best orgasm comes from the clitorus. Or a whole bunch of thrusting hard and fast.

But this is just f-cking.

It’s empty.

And it does not fulfill her or you.

It may get you off, and it might get her a quick release too,

but it is not going to fulfill her or make her feel connected to you.

👉In order for her to surrender and have a deep orgasm, she needs to feel you. 👈

And it’s more than your manhood I am speaking of here. 😳

She needs your heart. <3

She needs you to lead her with your confidence,

your passion and desire.

She needs you to kiss her, to touch her.

For two decades I have been telling men that if they could just see a woman’s body as one big sexual organ and make love to the entirety of her that they would get so much further with turning their woman on.

👉Men back away from kissing.

👉Men love a woman’s body but do not sensually touch it.

👉Men love a womans breasts and hips but forget about them during foreplay and sex.

👉Men are fascinated with female orgasm and pleasure but don’t want to playfully explore to make it happen. EVERY TIME!

👉Men feel threatened by toys and requests.

👉Men don’t put enough emphasis on playing, laughing, courting, snuggling of which all lead her into feeling you more and surrendering to you deeper, as well as being able to tune into her own body more.

Foreplay is not just about sexy, sensual touching BTW.

Foreplay is about caring and courting.

Foreplay is about talking and listening.

Foreplay is about letting her feel your emotions.

Foreplay is about adventure and always realizing that no matter how long you have been together, there is a new person before you each day that you need to discover.

Now maybe all of this is not news to you.

And that is great if that is the case.

👉But how does it relate to a woman being wishy-washy, too fluid or passive even?

No matter if your woman is deep in her feminine or locked up in her masculine, she is still a woman. And she has been programmed since birth as well as bears with her generational traumas and mindsets that tell her that she needs to take care of you.

That your ideas, needs, etc are priority.

She may internally feel different and say, “No damn it, I matter too.” But 98% of the time she will end up weighing out what she thinks you want vs how she feels or what she wants/needs and she will the majority of the time come back in your favor.

This will show up from the quantity and type of sex you are having to what is for dinner and how she sets up the home.

If you are among the many men out there who tire at asking your woman what she wants or needs only to get a deer in the headlight look back from her, realize that she is processing in that moment what she believes is the “right” answer to give to have the maximum amount of peace, connection and happiness over all.

👉These are the key things women want for.

Peace, Connection and Happiness. 👈

They translate down to security in all areas.

Women in general avoid confrontation and anything that we feel may cause it.

We are not warriors unless we need to be.

Women are nurturers by nature.

We are caregivers.

Peacekeepers.

Soothers.

So when you ask us our opinion about something…

We instantly go into, what’s the best answer for peace, connection and happiness? For my security in life and relationship?

You get the deer in the headlight look and we say whatever we feel is right. However, this answer may be completely opposite from what we actually need or desire. Thus, causing us to appear wishy-washy, too emotional, passive, etc.

A woman does not change her mind nearly as much as it is perceived that we do. 🤯

We just speak what we feel is right and then speak our truth sometime down the road.

Now here is how orgasm, foreplay and male connection plays a role in her truth telling or trying to get the right answer that is ingrained in us women to give.

The sex and orgasm that comes from the quick fix, the f-cking without heart and soul or connection, all of that just keeps her in a state of “performing” or of giving you the answer that she believes you need and want. It does not fulfill her, heal her, align her in any fashion. It’s fast food sexing and it keeps her operating from a place of emptiness and fear.

It pulls her deeper into a space of needing to make the “right” answers to keep peace, connection and happiness instead of opening up and surrendering to you and her.

AUTHENTICALLY.

You want your woman’s truth on all subject matters…

(most likely not going to happen…lol)

But you want to know that she can and will tell you her needs, desires and even initiate because she wants to initiate…

Or she will share what she wants to watch or eat?

Or where she would like to visit for vacation?

Or the fact that she is unhappy about something?

👉You want her to feel safe and secure with you?👈

Which equates to healing her trust issues that she has accumulated over her lifetime and learned from what society and history teaches?

Well, then SLOW THE F-CK DOWN with her. 😳🤯🤨

👊Stop f-cking her. 👊

🤯Stop distancing yourself from your own heart and body to prevent yourself from not having the stamina you feel is required to get her there and instead, make love to her every moment you are with her and even when you are not.

😘Try talking with her.

Asking her how her day was when you come together.

😘Kiss her in the morning as though you want to eat her up and kiss her in the evening with reverence.

👉Hold her close.

👉Look into her eyes.

👉Make her laugh.

👉Set aside time daily to just be with her.

👊👊👊And when you are wanting a little nookie, don’t expect that she can go from zero to 120 in the time frame that you can.

BECAUSE SHE CAN’T!!!!😳

You are damaging her body when you expect this.

You are shutting down her heart when you expect that.

You are disconnecting her from you and herself when you expect that.

She needs physical foreplay for her body to ignite.

To feel and get aroused.

For her to get  out of her head and into her sex.

And IF you can accomplish all of this (I know just a small tab to complete, but I have faith in you sir…) THEN….

She will provide you both with a most beautiful performance.

It will be authentic, deep, loving, sensual, passionate and fully surrendered to your intimacy and connection.

She will carry you to the thresholds of heaven.

She will have you basking in the joy and expansiveness of your unity and sex.

From this space of rapture and fulfillment she will speak with more confidence and trust in you and herself.

Your radiant authentic soul will dance with you.

Until you forget all that was learned and shared here and take it for granted to wonder once again, why is she so wishy-washy, so emotional and lost, so passive….why?

And you will learn one day that feminine needs you to penetrate her fully, heart, body and soul for her to be centered.

And to have faith that her words, her needs and desires can be heard without fear.

She needs you.

She needs your leadership and strength.

Your guidance and passion.

Your love and presence.

Without it she is lost.

DON’T LET YOUR INNER CHILD SABOTAGE YOUR RELATIONSHIP, BECAUSE IT WILL!

👊👊👉DON’T LET YOUR INNER CHILD SABOTAGE YOUR RELATIONSHIP, BECAUSE IT WILL! 😳👈👊
I have an issue with the word, “You.”
I also am incredibly sensitive in nature and empathic you might say. I feel when my partner pulls away emotionally from me and it sends me into a tailspin in my thoughts.
I can be very self-critical, I judge myself before someone else can even get the words together and I have already sentenced myself, convinced that I am at fault, not good enough, not thinking right, feeling right and should just shut up about whatever the subject might be that has created this drama that I don’t want to deal with.
In the same, I was raised an only child (although I am not an only child) and with it I have a blended feeling of righteousness, as though the world ‘should’ just get on board with what I want. I am strong in my opinions about things and not afraid to speak them often.
I also have a blend of being the baby in the family and the eldest child in another way, because I found myself parenting my mother frequently… meaning I was the listening ear, the therapist, the peacekeeper, her friend, her sister…
I was rarely her child.
Except she guarded me and helicopter parented me like the baby.
My father wanted a son and he got me. Leaving me feeling like I was never good enough, never strong enough, a let down and there was nothing that I could do to fix it, so I was the best Tom boy that I could be with my barbies in hand, a baseball bat, fishing pole, and my fascination for nature and wild creatures.
All of this and so much more, created an inner child who is strong willed, temperamental, calculating yet hot headed at times, deeply emotional, fearful of not being worthy or good enough and yet that she is too much to handle and her truth is not acceptable for the world and especially the one she chooses to give her heart too.
And this inner child, well she gets things wrong a lot.
She acts from sheer emotion frequently and thank goodness for the parenting I have done for myself and self-healing and growing to see things so that I can nip them in the butt quicker than in years past.
I have learned that criticism is typically not a healthy stance to take.
For self or others.
And it certainly is not a loving act in an intimate relationship.
It actually creates separation and wraps both parties up into the blame game which steals our personal power and triggers wounds from childhood and past relationships.
Let me explain this just a tad bit more.
Typically when we are being critical with our partner what we are actually attempting to do is to inform them that we have a complaint about their action or behaviour.
An example might be that my partner and I have an agreement in our relationship to check in with each other. He texts me faithfully every morning when he arrives at work saying, “At office.”
I message back that I love him, letting him know that I received the message.
Now let’s say that he skips a day because he got caught up right away in a conversation at work and had to deal with something. One thing led to another as they do and he meant to message but never made it to it.
A few hours go by and my mind has now wandered into places of concern for him, or what happened because this is our pattern, our thing and he did not follow through.
Let’s say that I call him and say,
“What happened? I guess you think it’s okay to just not do what we agreed to and you obviously don’t care about my feelings or concern. I don’t believe you forgot because this is what we have been doing since we got together. It was just selfish of you to not slow down and think about texting me. How long does it take to just say at the office?”
This does not feel good, does it?
It blames him for his actions, my feelings and tells him that he is bad, selfish, I don’t trust him, I can’t trust him, I don’t believe him and that he is bad. It plays on any triggers from his youth about not getting it right and most likely may cause fear of abandonment. It also gives no space for human error and situations that arise for any of us. In truth if I were to say this to him, I would be the one who was being self-centered and not wanting to take any responsibility for my thoughts, feelings or how I am approaching him or his feelings. I am going into victim mode in this stance.
A healthy way to deal with the same situation might be,
“Hey love, just calling to make sure everything is okay. I got a bit scared since you have not texted like normal to let me know you were at the office, I thought we had agreed that we would do that for each other.”
Can you feel the difference?
Can you see the supportiveness, love, compassion and connection building in the second one versus the blame and shame in the first?
Which will lead to a healthy outcome?
Which creates a space for listening and for connection?
Exactly the second one.
Our words mean so much, and communication is vital to a happy, healthy relationship. Often people don’t express issues they are having, they instead express criticism. Expressing your frustration and upset, calmly and with a willingness to receive the others humanness shows unconditional love and support, instead of blame which creates separation, walls, fear and judgement.
The next thing our inner child might try and sabotage our relationship with is CONTEMPT. 😳
Contempt is a nasty little booger.
It goes far past criticism.
Criticism attacks your partner’s character, however contempt assumes a position of moral superiority.
Wowza!
This really shows its nasty head in situations where we get into comparison with our partner.
We tend to be acting strictly from our wound, our pain body in these moments. And we might say things such as,
“Yeah, yeah… you never feel good. You are always tired. Don’t you see what I have been doing for you, this house and family? Stop being so pathetic and just fix yourself already. If I had a dollar for every time you …”
Here is where we step firmly into righteousness land.
Making ourselves better than our partners and pointing them into the land of not good enough no matter what.
Typically our righteousness blinds us from being able to see our partners for who they are and what they are actually doing because we are caught up in our checklist and rules book of how it is supposed to look and the time line that we have impressed upon them ‘getting it right and proving themselves to us.’
Contemp arises because of the fear that we hold inside around abandonment and not being worthy enough to hold onto love.
It stems from a wounded inner child that felt unseen, unloved, not recognized and most likely was reminded of their shortcoming frequently. Anything that triggers it in our adult relating will put us here in the land of comparison and contempt that he/she has it better than us and does not appreciate it or what we have done.
This is a killer to creating lasting love and trust in a relationship and will always lead to our partners feeling like they are damned no matter what they do.
As a child, raised in the manner that I was.
As a virgo, who is super self-critical.
As a woman, who was a little girl who just desired her daddy’s acceptance and love, approval.
And not wanting to get things wrong in general but still being damn good at being human, one of the hardest grown up things that I have had to learn and get right with is, making mistakes and taking responsibility for them.
I believe that this is potentially THE BIGGEST issue in a relationship.
All relationships.
Love, parenting, friendship, work, don’t matter.
I know I am far from alone in learning how to be emotionally mature and own my own bull.
But there’s more to self-responsibility then just saying,
“I own my part.”
We have to follow that up with our actions.
And we have to make changes to not repeat the mistakes.
That says more than anything : I take responsibility for my words/actions here.
However, what happens more than this is DEFENSIVENESS.
And we make excuses for why it happened, almost begging for forgiveness and understanding.
Again we put ourselves into the victim mode instead of self-empowered mode. Plus, we say to our partner with our excuse that we don’t take their concern, feelings, thoughts, needs seriously.
We are not willing to take responsibility but instead point blame to an outside source.
Not saying that one cannot share “why” things happened the way they did, that is not a bad thing and helps our partner understand the full picture. But if we come out the gates without recognizing that our partner has a concern and instead just run over them with excuses and defense moves, or shifting the subject, pointing fingers back at them and such, we are shutting down communication and love.
Defensiveness is normal.
No one likes to be blamed or feel blamed.
But if we are to have a happy and healthy relationship then we have to shift past our normal defaults and practice a deeper, more loving communication style where both sides aim to find resolution in happiness instead of who is right or wrong.
The final wounded inner child tactic of sabotage on your relationship I want to share today is known as stone walling.
This is where the listener withdraws from the conversation. They shut down and simply stop responding to their partner rather than deal with the issue. They may all of a sudden become very busy with something and use maneuvers such as looking away, moving to a different room, saying they have to get to work, or even doing something as simple as doing the dishes or tapping their foot.
Stone walling is a childish behaviour that many people make use of when they feel extreme discomfort in discussing an issue in the relationship that may be too emotional for them at the time.
I had an intimate relationship for years just like this. My partner then, consistently would stone wall any issue. He would just act as though I did not exist anymore. In order for me to be seen by him, I would have to literally grovel and ask for forgiveness for what he perceived I did wrong and he would sit with a stone face and finally say, “Don’t worry about it.”
But that was just a lead into more stone walling.
Where he would tell me not to worry, to forget it.
What he wanted was for me to FIX MY EVIL WAYS.
Although, as it is in many instances in relationship, there was nothing to fix, or the things he was hurt about he had no idea what I could do to make better or right, just leaving me with the statement,
” You know what you did, you know what I want.”
The issue was that all I knew is that I did not like the feeling of being cast out.
I was asking for direction and wanted to do my part, but did not know what he needed from me to make it right.
And sometimes he was mad at me about what others had done, or his perception of events and was upset that he had been triggered but did not know himself what to do.
His path as a child was to coil up and hide.
To become aloof.
Separate as best he could from his pain.
And he brought this pattern to our relationship which in turn triggered my fear of abandonment.
My daddy issues about not being good enough or getting it right and a desire to please him at almost all cost.
So much so, like I did when my dad got upset with me and pulled away, I found myself in this unhealthy relationship acting the same and shrinking into my wounded child to meet his wounded child and we danced together in seperation.
Until one day, like any of these behaviours will lead to if used repeatedly and unconsciously from that sabotaging inner child state, we seperated.

A healthy format might have been to say,
“I am really emotional and upset about this right now. I don’t feel safe discussing it and need time to think and calm down. Can we talk later?”

Feel the difference from the stone walling?
I do.
And that is why I share this article today with you.
I see these behaviours being used frequently.
We are all guilty of them at different times, and if you think you are not,
THINK AGAIN.
Because you are human and wounded.
These are typical patterns of relating.
However, as we emotionally mature it is our responsibility to own our emotions and feelings, thus our actions and recognize our thoughts that lead to them.
Acting from an emotional mature space means that we as adults in a loving relationship will want to deal with any problem that arises and work through it right away. Where that inner child will choose one or more of these patterns and make excuses, point fingers and avoid.
The inner child will find themselves revisiting the wounds and fear,
sabotaging and recreating the history they did not enjoy living through in their once loving relationship of today.
Just something to ponder on this Friday.
As Always,
Loving you from here.

I CONTEMPLATE DEATH FREQUENTLY… AND THIS IS WHAT I HAVE LEARNED ABOUT LIFE, LOVE, PLEASURE AND JOY BECAUSE OF IT.

🧐☠️🤯I CONTEMPLATE DEATH FREQUENTLY… AND THIS IS WHAT I HAVE LEARNED ABOUT LIFE, LOVE, PLEASURE AND JOY BECAUSE OF IT. 🤯💀☠️
“Nothing is permanent.”
There are few things that we can be certain of in our life experience.
Those being:
👉Change.
👉Suffering.
👉Death.
And THAT is all you get!
That is what life offers you my love.
Anything else is for your molding.
It’s very zen of me to focus on death and suffering in truth.
Life is truly about suffering and how we choose to deal with it.
Suffering is not really a bad thing, I say that from my deepest heart space. Suffering brings with it the birth of desire. It creates in its wake the contrast needed for us to learn who we are and what we want to experience in life.
Life is a wild ride and God/universe is its reign holder.
But you my sweet are equally in charge of the way that your life moves. And you do so by accepting that the above three guarantees are just that – 👊GUARANTEES. 👊
From there you get to choose how you will live your life.
And the sad reality is that so many of us humans choose poorly. 😢
Now, don’t let this share today rain on your parade by any means.
It’s actually a share of sunshine, rainbows and unicorns farting glitter dust everywhere. 🤣🧚‍♀️🦄
I find myself contemplating death frequently when I look with depth into my relationship with my man.
Never before have I feared this space of transition, ending, death.
I have never walked into an intimate relationship thinking to myself, “Wow, I better really practice detachment here. This man holds me to a level of my soul that I have always dreamt of but never anticipated to manifest. I fear losing him.”
And that is the truth.
🥰”I FEAR LOSING THIS LOVE.”🥰
I do not fear him leaving me.
I do not fear my saying goodbye.
I do not fear the passing of our love into something that is no longer love, HOWEVER I do respect the reality that someday,
and in my book all too soon, because a thousand years is not long enough to wake in his arms, that we will have to say goodbye to the physical that we know so well and find comfort in.
Life has taught me much about suffering and loss.
From the loss of my parents, the loss of siblings and dear friends.
From the edge of the sword with my grandson and his heart transplant to the loss of financial security, business, health, safety and love.
👉Life has revealed its cruelty and beauty all in the same.
The blessings within the fear. 👈
And what I am certain of is that until we humans fear with respect death, change, and suffering for the blessing that it is we find ourselves never truly living.
We avoid living to our fullest and allowing ourselves to be ravished by life, because we fear these things I share here.
We stand aloof in our hearts and souls, armoured and protected at our gates worrying about a future that we are preventing by staying unattached from the greatest experiences life has to offer.
We run from these blessings by some psychotic idea that we can control life and its outcome.
Which is the same for every living thing on this planet.
Death. ☠️
And by doing so we armour ourselves and hide in our suffering instead of embracing it.
We avoid what we deem bad or evil.
Crap luck.
We drink ourselves into blindness.
We hide under the covers of drugs and medicines.
We harbour our hearts with dis-ease and scarcity.
And we point our fingers outward and blame.
Blame life for these evils and pain that we experience.
Ignoring what we are being blessed with altogether.
The beauty of the opportunity to live fully.
We are fearful that God/universe will come and steal it all away from us if we allow ourselves to be fully immersed into everything sacred, beautiful, yummy and good.
Yet this my love is the sacred romance from God/universe.
This is God courting us into the deepest levels of who we really are and our desires.
We deny our truth and desire for living unbound, fulfilled and in rapture by being irresponsible with the blessings that are bestowed upon us in the blessings of suffering, change and death.
We focus so much on losing, that we step away from our present blessings of love, joy, happiness, fulfillment to focus on what is inevitable.
All things transform. Nothing is permanent.
At first in my relationship with my partner, I avoided my heart.
I spoke non-truths and attempted to hide my heart and soul from him and myself so that I would not feel pain again. I knew at my core that he was what I had been waiting for. I knew that we were deeply bonded as though we had already been soul-merged for a millenia, and it scared me.
I trembled in fear of losing him before we ever became intimate.
I feared him turning away from me, from God snagging him out of my life long before we dated. Long before I admitted my heart to myself I feared the loss. And I did everything in my earthly power to armour against him, to hide myself from the love and connection.
I ran.
And then when we stepped down the path of couple-hood, I still tested the waters of arguing with my soul.
Hiding and not allowing myself the permission to breathe him in.
To feel this love.
Still some days, I wake in fear.
And I want to run because I do not want to experience the pain.
The emptiness.
I fear my heart being torn right out of my body.
At the thought of losing him.
And then I come back home to him and I.
I bring my attention into the present.
And I allow myself to fully be immersed into the NOW.
I stop the worry, the fear, the agonizing over what will certainly come in our distant goodbye of this physical AND instead I breathe into us here and now.
I share this with you today, because I see many people suffering without any end in sight.
I see so many couples agonizing over the things that they have no control over and the fact that they desire control over the natural cycles of life and love.
I see so many couples and singles alike ignoring the beauty of their lives.
The depth of their relationships and sex.
I witness so many dynamic souls hiding from living the abundance and glory that they were born to live and instead pursuing fear and pain.
🤯YOU WERE BORN TO BE RIPPED OPEN BY LIFE AND LOVE!
That is your sole purpose.
You are not to be tamed by life.
You are not to be safe in life.
You are not to be harboured up and feel nothing, detached from your heart and soul.
NO my love, you are here to feel.
To experience.
To transform.
And if you can understand this truth today,
you will meet me in the garden of death and appreciate your NOW.
Because that is all any of us ever have.
👉The NOW.👈
And you are missing it and all its rapture of love, joy, abundance and pleasure that it offers because you are looking so far into the future and fearing what will come for all of us.
☠My take on the lessons of contemplation of this subject is that I would rather die knowing that I have lost myself in the full immersion of loving completely (body, mind, heart and soul) than to continue to hide myself from it.
☠I would rather embrace life and all its wonders and joys by knowing that I have shared every breath of my soul experience in the way that feels most aligned at my core then to blame the world and life for the shortcomings that are not really such but instead opportunities to expand and grow.
☠In looking at life, I see that there really is nothing to fear but fear itself as the saying goes. God is a wild God, a creator of dramatic experiences that birth us into all that we are meant to become.
And if we are to gain every blessing we can in our lives then we must have faith and lean all the way into such beauty as intimate love and commitment of our souls with another that we know at a soul level like no other.
We must stop the insanity of getting caught up in our futures that are never coming and instead Awaken to our present.
Embrace joy, pleasure, love, abundance.
And dance in our shattering, our rapture, our birth.🦄🥰🥳
Because that is exactly what uniting at a soul level with another is.
Are you ready my love for this beauty?
Ask yourself today:
👉🥰👉”What aspect of your love story do you fear will be taken away by life if you give yourself permission to fully immerse into it and receive?”

“ON THE MARKET” TILL YOU PUT A RING ON MY FINGER.

💍”ON THE MARKET” TILL YOU PUT A RING ON MY FINGER.

So some say.

How do you feel about this?

Would love to hear all the comments on this topic.

Recently I was privy to a conversation around “what defines couplehood?” And to my surprise (and yet not) so many men and women alike focused on the legal aspects of what makes you  a couple.

Making statements such as,

“How do you file your taxes? There you have your answer if you are single or a couple.”

“According to legal paperwork you have to fill out, ‘dating’ or ‘engaged’ is not an option for selection, so you are single unless married.”

“If someone passes away and you are not married then you are just considered friends no matter the time you have no rights, so you are single unless married.”

And so many more statements along these lines.

True as these statements are when looking at couplehood from a legal aspect, the question is not one of legalities unless you only value the legal and not the heart.

🌹💍🌹 SO WHAT DEFINES COUPLEHOOD?🌹💍🌹

Is it monogamy?

Exclusivity?

What about those couples who are in an open relationship? Swingers? Poly?

Are they not couples because they have agreed upon multiple partners?

Is it the legal aspect, a ring, an “I DO.” and a contract that binds?

What about those who are living together but have not crossed that line yet, are engaged? Or maybe don’t believe in marriage but believe in love and commitment?

👉🤯DO YOU CONTINUE TO SHOP FOR THE BEST MATE UNTIL A RING AND CONTRACT ARE DRAWN UP? -NO MATTER THE LIVING ARRANGEMENT, THE SPOKEN COMMITMENT, THE PLANNING?

And how does this equate to love and commitment?

Would you want to marry someone who is still shopping for the better choice even though they tell you they are in love with you?

Here is what one woman said, and I quote:

“Until you’re married you are single 👌

Now you may be courting, dating or in a committed relationship,

but you’re still “on the market” until you’re no longer available.”

Last time I looked at this thread 44 people agreed and loved this woman’s sentiment.

And maybe you are one of them.

I cannot help it, as polarizing as it may be to some, I strongly disagree.

This statement says – ” I AM NOT COMMITTED NOR IN LOVE.”

IF YOU WANT:

👊Commitment

👊Trust

👊Rock Solid

👊The ability to surrender to love.

Then baby you gotta give up the market.

If you count yourself “still available until paperwork and a ring” you will NEVER find the above list of vital ingredients to a strong, stable, loving relationship.

You will NEVER feel loved nor safe.

👉Because you CANNOT trust someone who is always looking for something better.👈👈👈

The issue with this statement is that love, one’s heart and soul, true soul connection is being ignored in the pursuit for the shiniest new object that can fill the greatest amount of earthly needs.

THIS LEAVES WHOMEVER YOU ARE WITH FEELING REPLACEABLE.🤯

Uncertainty is the foundation to lack of trust.

Which translates to lack of respect.

And no desire to open the heart.

This way of viewing love (if you can even call it that) is based in need alone.

And in my opinion after working with thousands of individuals and couples over the last almost two decades I can tell you honestly THIS is the cause of so much pain and suffering.

More often than not, couples come to me because they discover that they never loved their partner fully. They never felt fully aligned, or matched to them.

However, their partner had the money, the house, the romance, the looks, the stamina, the intelligence, was a ‘great’ guy or sweet woman… blah… blah…blah…

And then they find themselves one day on a trip with friends, having a few too many drinks and having an affair with the resort tennis instructor from Italy because he is the shiny new object that rocks their boat and makes them feel alive.

And after all, they are not married.

So they owe nothing to the person at home.

Forget the last however many years…

Forget the lifelong plans…

The goals and dreams supposedly shared.

OR…

Maybe they are married.

And, “Oops, I slipped, it won’t happen again. I drank too much.”

I can tell you this, no matter the agreements what defines couplehood is COMMITMENT, TRUST, TRANSPARENCY.

And above all else LOVE.

And when you are really  in love with someone,

you have zero desire to dilute that  love with outside influences.

You see the beauty in the mirror of your partner.

You respect them, honor them, appreciate them and realize that communication, authenticity and a desire to make your relationship rock solid is priority.

YOU ARE NOT LOOKING FOR SOMETHING BETTER.

💍Ring or no ring…

It Doesn’t matter.

Although it may to those in your life.

🤯Perhaps your family and friends will not honor, respect or see the relationship as committed UNLESS there is a ring and a contract signed?

🤯Perhaps you will find yourself always fighting off the wolves who want to test your commitment until they see that there is a “REAL” boundary there?

All that matters however, is how you define couplehood.

How do you view love?

Commitment?

What are your values around relationships?

If you are with someone and still looking for something better, but holding onto them because “something is better than nothing” then at very least BE REAL with the one you are with and tell them that this is how you feel.

Give them the option to hang with you while you explore or to find someone who will want them for them and match their needs/wants/desires in a relationship that’s aligned to their soul.

👊👊CAUSE BABY, IT AIN’T TRUE LOVE NOR YOUR SOULMATE CONNECTION IF YOU ARE STILL OPEN TO THE MARKET.👊👊

And I share that from personal experience. 🙄

👉Ready to get real and call in that soulmate love that makes you want for no other?

👉Sick and tired of feeling like love is fleeting and something that is not possible to hold on to?

👉Looking for the one who makes your heart and soul soar but uncertain how to identify if he/she is the one?

WHAT MAKES A MAN BEAUTIFUL…

🌹MY MAN IS BEAUTIFUL AND I TELL HIM ALL THE TIME…🌹

I recall the first time I told my man that he was beautiful, he looked at me and cocked his head to the side and said, “Huh?” with a smirk on his face of love as he allowed himself to absorb what I had said.

I just looked at him softly and said it again,

“You are beautiful.”

With the second time his eyes became glossy,

his skin started to radiate a golden glow,

there was a light that came from him,

that was there but was expanded as he felt the love between us and the love in his own heart that he constituted for love that he had for me.

And true as that was, this love that was bringing forth emotion of great mass to his eyes as I could watch his heart flutter and stir with  his desire and passion, this love was more for himself than for me.

It is his love of himself that allows him to love me so deeply.

It is his acceptance of self that allows him to accept me fully.

It is his desire for health, for stability, and alignment in life, with soul and source that allows him to achieve these things with me and co-create a mature unconditional loving relationship like none I have ever experienced before.

It is his passion to live, to embrace all of life and enjoy its sweetest delicate moments that allows him to see those moments that are often missed in relationships in our commitment to each other.

👊👊👊HE LEADS. 👊👊👊

He leads our relationship just as if we were on the dance floor of life.

For you see, the feminine cannot lead.

The feminine in our greatest power must flow,

must be fluid and able to twirt through life in creativity.

Our purpose at our core as women in creation.

We are master creators.

Master manifestors.

Life births through us. 👼

And with it all the blessings that a sacred union can ever hope for.

But these blessings are not possible if the masculine  is not certain in who he is at his core nor what his direction is.

I relate a lot to the dance floor.

💃Especially ballroom dancing. 💃

I believe that any woman that believes  that she should be leading the relationship and is irritated at her man being the leader needs to do a few things…

👉Ask herself why she is with him if she does not support his agenda?

👉Ask herself if she trusts him and if not why?

👉 Inquire deeper to find out within herself who she believes should hold the greatest power in the relationship?

👉Ask herself if she wants to co-create the relationship and if so what does that actually look and feel like to her?

🌹🌹🌹 And depending on what she comes up with from these prompts, if she wants to make the relationship last forever and go deeper in love and trust, then to ask her man to go ballroom dancing or take lessons. 🌹🌹🌹

A few years back I was taking ballroom dancing,

and I was shocked at how horrible a lead so many men were.

It was quite sad in truth.

As I danced (and mind you I am far from a good dancer in my opinion) I noticed that many men would be too soft with me. They were scared almost to really take the lead and be firm in their stance. They could not hold the container nor pull me back into them. Causing my flow to  be greatly disrupted.

I found that I was stumbling, missing many dance positions, did not feel safe to sway and did not feel held in the chasses.

AND THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO EFFING WAY THAT I COULD SURRENDER TO THESE MEN DIPPING  ME !

Why?

Simple….

I could not trust them.

A strong feminine cannot truly lean and trust a weak masculine.

In order for a woman to surrender her heart to man she must trust him and trust in his leadership or she will not be able to surrender.

TRUST COMES FROM RESPECT.

It is based in respect that it is.

And who can respect wishy-washy?

Well most certainly not the feminine.

Many women attempt to “fall” for these soft men,

but they do so because they themselves are dominant in the masculine and all relationships depend on polarities.

Someone must be true north and someone must be true south.

Masculine and feminine.

Yin and yang.

Often in modern day relationships, we see more the feminine acting in the leadership role and wondering why they are so harsh, lost, discontented, aloof and unorgasmic.

This happens because their man is soft.

he cannot lead because he himself does not  know how,

is afraid to step up and do so,

AND because  often she will not allow him to.

Believing that by handing over the leadership reigns to her man that she gives up power instead of understanding the harmonic balance of yin and yang and how this is co-creation of their relationship where they each support one another through their own unique organic strengths as man and woman.

A man who can lead is beautiful

A man that can feel into his heart and lead from this space is radiant.

When I look into the eyes of my man and I see all his love for himself,

for me and our life that we build each day together,

I marvel at his brilliance.

He allows me to feel how deeply he wants to be with me.

How intensely he wants the best for our life, our union.

He shows me in his look of surrender to me through his leadership that I can trust him, he is certain in his boundaries, his direction is clear and he knows what he wants.

I can trust this.

I can trust him because he is this strong leader.

And he acts out of a deep divine love that he lets me see in tender moments when his heart erupts with great intensity.

I can trust him, because I choose to surrender to his leadership and let him conquer me so that we can rule our world together.

He chose me for this very reason.

And I him.

I ask you today, reader of this page…

Are you ready to surrender to love and step away from the blindness based in fear of losing power by uniting with your soulmate?

Will you keep fighting to me the masculine my sweet woman and wake each morning wanting to ravished but scared of losing your power in allowing it to happen?

WHO DOESN’T WANT TO WAKE UP IN LOVE?

WHO DOESN’T WANT TO WAKE UP IN LOVE?

It’s every girl’s dream right?

To wake up wrapped in the one’s arms that you just cannot get enough of.

That you find yourself just wanting to go deeper with, reveal all of yourself too.

This morning I rolled into my man’s arms and put my head on his chest, smiled, took a deep breath and just relaxed into him.

His presence of being, in his heart and how stable he is puts all my concerns and fears at bay.

His strength in who he is and in life, even in the chaos brings me peace and direction.

His smiling eye’s ignite my soul in love.

His warmth and touch, leads me into greater surrender.

His inquisitive nature confirms his desire to know me more and to see me in all my radiance.

So what allows me to lean into him?

To open myself up at these levels of not just my physical, sexual being but also to want to merge with him emotionally? Mentally? In confidence of all that is me?

How can a woman who has been through divorce, physical assault, rape and more trust the masculine with all her depths?

Over and over again, I hear women share how they love their husbands and boyfriends. That they believe that he is “the one.” However, then they speak of not being able to really be themselves. They hide. They mask. They fake it. They say that their orgasm is great, but that they have to use a vibrator to achieve it or that only through oral they gain it.  They tell me how they could never say the truth of their fears and body image to their partner. They speak about how they cannot imagine ever being with anyone else but then say how he does not hear her, see her, understand.

She loves him, but he does not know how to touch her.

Not physically or sexually.

Not menatlly or emotionally.

Not spiritually.

He does not harbor a safe home for her.

So what makes a woman feel safe?

So safe with her man that she drops her armour and speaks her truth?

That she trusts that he will catch her without doubt?

Women want to feel:

*Sexy

*Unique

*Safe

And her walls only come down when she feels all three of these.

In today’s relationships, women may feel sexy at times.

Often they feel more like they must be sexy to get what they want, or that it is only their sex that will attract and commit a partner.

They do not truly feel sexy however, in their own skin because our culture has trained us that we are never enough and in the same too much. We women compare ourselves to all the things that the world deems beautiful, strong and desirable and often find ourselves falling short in more than one area.

Our uniqueness is overlooked by all including ourselves and so we have reached a space in time and society evolution where we are working hard to make uniqueness about being like everyone else. There are no more winners and losers, no more acceptance that we are not all created equal. In our pursuit to have fairness and kindness, acceptance for all, we have also lost the gift of uniqueness. We see this even in our intimate relationships, where people no longer want to “claim each other” because we have decided that marriage and commitment equal control and limiting each other. But what we are actually saying is, “ I can take you or leave you, no wow factor here, nothing special or unique.”

Both men and women at our core want to be desired and not just for our sex, but for who we are as individuals. We want our partners to desire our essence and love us fully. Accept us as we are and see our radiance. Yet this radiance can only truly be seen if we embrace our uniqueness and stop making it unkind to know that we are different and not created equal.

Safety is primary to the femine to be able to drop down and trust in life, in her relationship, in her sexing, in her emotions and all that we do. Yet, there is limited safety when we are attempting to be and do everything without the support of anyone else, especially a partner. There is zero safety in today’s world as we overload ourselves with surpressnets and hormone `balancers” so that we can mask our truth and not address the true nature of any problem. As long as we continue to not trust our intuition, our critical thinking or what we are witnessing in our manifestation nor take responsibility for the lives that we are creating, we will not feel safe. Safety from the masculine comes secondary to how we women trust ourselves.

We can not trust the man that we are with if we do not trust our judgements and feelings. If we do not truly know who we are and what our boundaries and non-negotiables are. If we can speak up and let our vulnerability be heard.

To wake up in love, means that we are waking up in love with the lives that we have manifested.

Owning who we are as women.

To wake up in gratitude of being wrapped in the arms of our partner, who supports us, cherishes us, respects us and loves us fully just for being us, means that we have trusted the power of our manifestation to call in the sort of masculine who knows himself too at this level and is worthy of our trust, respect and heart.

This man will on;y come to us when we find this space inside of ourselves.

When we have learned to love all of our shadows and no longer stand in victimhood, but in queenhood.

This is how we find our true soulmate.

This Is how we fall in love with life.

Every moment of it, even the cloudy days.

This Is how we wake up in love every day.

It requires your heart and desire to take the steps inward and go on the great’s adventure of your life though.

It requires you to want that love more than anything else.

It requires you to have the courage to meet the person that you have been searching for all these years…

It requires you to find you.

Are you ready my love?

Walk with me.

Let’s adventure together and discover you.

Beautiful, magical, powerful, sexy, unique, full of appreciation, trust and creativity.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR MAN CRAVE YOU FOREVER + COMMIT.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR MAN CRAVE YOU FOREVER + COMMIT.

My man makes me juicy hot without even trying, but it’s not him. It’s what I do to him to get him to crave me in such a powerful way.

I love when my partner looks at me with a smile of appreciation and desire in his eye.

The look in his eyes and on his face ignites my soul and makes me feel like a queen.

His queen. Like the only woman on the planet.

I love when my guy walks up from behind me and grabs ahold of my waist, pulls my hair back and kisses my neck. When he breathes me in.

I love when he loses his presence in what I am saying or his work because he got caught up in my radiance and his heart and he can do nothing but sit in awe.

I love that he messages me how he misses me.

Did not want to leave for the day.

How he desires forever.

I love how he takes me fiercely in our lovemaking, how he leads in passion and asks for my surrender through him.

And I am reminded by all of this and more that when we have found the right person they will meet us and mirror us and when they are not the right partner we will feel used, off balance in some way.

That feeling of coming home.

Men and women alike crave just that.

Completion.

A homecoming that our soul knows can only truly be accomplished in the union with a true partner for our lives. That one that we cannot see past. That we want to make plans for thousands of years because we cannot ever seem to get enough of them.

But what stirs the creation of this craving?

What creates a foundation of a feeling of “home” that makes a man want to go deep and commit?

I am sure you have heard of the four A’s when it comes to human personality and needs in a relationship, these four A’s however for men are all the more important.

How the A’s Make Your Man Crave and Commit to You:

Attention – This one might seem needy to the modern woman, because we are not attracted to anyone who demands a ton of attention in our busy lives. Who wants to be the center stage character in ALL aspects of our lives. After all we are mothers, boss babes, mompreneurs, sisters, daughters, and besties. We have our obligations to so many, so we want support in our intimate relationship from a strong man who can take care of himself. He needs us, yes, but he doesn’t want us to coddle him.  What I refer to by the word attention doesn’t refer to this emotionally immature man though, I am saying that attention means to be present. Your presence in the relationship is worth gold. When you are together with your man, from the earliest dating moments, give him your undivided attention. Not your phone. Not the world around you. Stay present there with him in your thoughts. Realize that all the men of your past often travel with you into your new relationships, all those that have ever let you down and scorned you are yelling in your ear while you are on this date, in this moment with this great guy. Your fears and concerns, your hopes and desires are all there wanting their time on your mental and emotional stage. To be present with a man means to stay THERE IN THE CURRENT MOMENT with him and him alone. Most people are rarely present because they are worried about past or concerned about the future, add in a social media ding and you my beauty are not present.  – Such a turn off!!!!

Affection – Yes human touch! We need conscious (present) touch at least six times a day for mental health. The majority of us don’t get this. We get and give touch, but we don’t actually experience positive touch. Wanted. On both sides. There is a lot of assumed touch. And this armours us up. Men and women alike, making it where we believe that we don’t like it or need it, however even the most resistant man desires affection. A present small gesture can mean the world. I know for me and my relationship, I am always aware as to how my body is turned. Am I turned to my man or not? Is my body language open or closed to him? If I am too far away or something is in the way of our closeness, I move it or myself to get closer. I reach out and touch my man’s foot with mine. My knee to his leg. I grab ahold of his arm with my hand and I firmly let him know that I am there, that I want him in my touch. My touch is far more in your face these days than when we were just starting out, but even back then I looked for opportunities to touch him. And when we hug and kiss, just hold each other (past and present) I take a breath and slow down. I get presents with him when we are coming together. I want him to feel me and I desire to feel him.

Appreciation – I have worked with possibly thousands of men at this point in my career and the one thing that so many divorced men have shared with me or men who were in a serious committed relationship in some fashion shared with me about their major disappointments, were centered around the feeling that all their efforts in the relationship and with their woman were not seen or appreciated. They consistently felt like yeah she may have said, “thank you,” but it was mute to what was needed. Appreciation, gratitude for someone thinking about the little things, for wanting to make life better, for working their a*s off, and so much more. One of the things I do with couples frequently is an Appreciation Game where I have each partner share appreciation for a set time frame and the other partner just sits in silence and receives. Take it in. Such a simple exercise, yet we hardly stop in our busy lives to appreciate each other. We think things but we do not communicate them. Taking a moment here and there to acknowledge the good of our partners is a game changer. We take the time all too frequently to tell them what is wrong with them, their errors and our complaints and we believe that our complaining will get us the results we desire, when in truth, if we focus on the good we will encourage more of what we want. It’s all energy baby! Where attention goes, energy flows.

Acceptance – THIS ONE I cannot share enough with all the beautiful ladies in the house. We women really suck at this and we should not. We should get this because what do we women want? To be accepted. We want to be really seen, heard and appreciated for just who we are, not for what we do for someone or how they want us to be. Yet, over and over again we ladies get into commitment with a guy based on the man that we see he can become not who he is. Men want for us women to never change, they fall in love with who we are RIGHT NOW and sometimes that can be unreasonable because life enforces change, it is the one true constant, but if we get into relationship wanting our partner to be something that they are not, then we are saying,” I don’t appreciate who you are, love who you are, accept you as you are. You are not enough as you are but I will settle with the hope that you will become what I want.” – YUCK! Let me just gag myself right now. Granted I have been guilty of this, if I look at my partner today and truly though that I wanted him to be anything other than who he is, I would only be damning my relationship. I would be looking past him to create something else instead of looking at him with a heart full of amazement in how lucky I am, how grateful I am for him being the man that he is RIGHT NOW! I want nothing more, although as our lives evolve and we build our future together we each will change, this is certain. Our growth can only be together though if we each love each other in all our faults and beauty as we are fully in the now, not hoping for change but receiving each other as is. This one thing means the universe to most men. Acceptance. Men in general do not feel accepted in life. Our societal evolution has stolen from the masculine a right of passage, what being a man IS. Our males are lost in our world because they are condemned by their natural primal nature and desires and told that they are not healthy nor good and they have not been provided leadership as to what an emotionally mature man is like. When we queens look at our men with total acceptance and tell them how we see them, feel them and appreciate them, their armoured masculine hearts melt into love.

There are many things that make a man crave a woman and want to commit to her.

These four A’s are paramount however.

The other major contributing factors to get a man to crave and commit would be:

Respect – The lack of respect is what makes the majority of relationships fall apart and not be able to go the distance. Often things from our past or our current create a disrespect. The only way that we can establish respect when it is not there in some area is to address it head on. If our partner is doing something that hinders our ability to respect them fully then we MUST come out to them about it and request for a behaviour change and share what is coming up for us around it. Remember that each individual in the relationship has a right to ask for what they need in the relationship, once requested it is up to the other as to what they will do with the request and how to best serve themselves and the relationship. No matter what the response is we then are given the option to either accept our partner’s choice or to walk away. If the behaviour change that we are asking to be shifted is non-negotiable to us then we have to understand that and do what is right for us. Thus right for the relationship. The only way we can ever respect another is to first respect ourselves, our boundaries and our needs.

Emotional Maturity – I have been preaching a lot about this lately because it is vitality important and the reality is that the majority of men and women alike lack emotional maturity. Being an adult in our relationships and in life is sexy AF! In order to become it one must apply daily focus on self-growth, love and evolution. Wanting to take responsibility for their own feelings, emotions, actions and life and understanding how powerful that truly is.

Variety – Can you imagine eating at the same restaurant every day, three times a day for the rest of your life? That sounds like a miserable hamster wheel in my opinion and life gives us enough of the hamster wheel in itself between work, responsibilities, family and such. What we are looking for in partnership and relationship is a feeling of certainty, trust, “home” but also blended nicely with uncertainty. Men love a woman who is willing to invest herself into the relationship and help create variety. This translates to being playful, flirty, and spontaneous. Be willing and wanting to explore new things together both inside and outside the bedroom, even take it upon yourself to initiate something new or set up an adventure date. Don’t always demand that he lead on everything. Men are attracted and appreciative to our creativity and forwardness as well.

Sovereignty – As much as he wants to be your knight in shining armour and save you… he also wants to know that you can carry yourself and have his back all in the same. He adores, respects and craves the woman who takes responsibility for her own happiness, emotions and life but chooses to have him by her side and  build a life together. The right man does not want you to give your power away to him but wants to lift you up so you can fly higher. An emotionally mature man knows that this means that you do not need him to feel worthy, loved or happy and he does not need you for that either. Two complet and strong individuals who have chosen to unite and become stronger in their home with each other. – Now that’s hawt AF!

Exude Radiance – Yesterday I was having a  crappy day. I felt pathetic and useless. I did not feel radiant and strong, yet my partner grabbed me in one moment, looked at with his tender loving penetrative look and smiled. I asked what he was smiling at and he responded, “ You are glowing. Even though you are not happy today, you are still glowing.” Radiance is in our energy. It encompasses all of our being and it even shines through on gloomy days. A woman who is truly radiant is so because even on bad days she is aligned to her soul. She accepts and loves herself and knows that all of her and her emotions are perfect. Her heart leads her and her man can see this in her actual energy. Her eyes, smile, hair, walk, the way she moves and breathes. This ignites him at a deep primal level and makes him want her all the more.So stop letting your energy be benign and bland.  REALITY most women don’t radiate, they mask and attempt to create fake shine.

Getting a man to crave you and commit truly just means that you have come fully into who you are and aligned to your soul. You trust your heart. You receive yourself in all your messiness and glory. And you are not afraid to say no to any relationship that does not match who you are at your core just to settle for not being alone.

That soulmate man of yours beautiful, he is looking for all the same that you are and if you want him to find you and reveal himself then it is up to you to do the same for yourself first.
