Please wear comfortable clothing as we will have floor seating only. There will be a few chairs available if you cannot sit on the floor but the workshop is circle based and floor seating as a primary.
Best Clothing Choice for this Workshop : Comfortable Shirt and loose skirt or yoga pants.
